The metal filter of the cooker hood becomes increasingly dirty over time and should therefore be cleaned from time to time. In this video, I show you therefore, how this works completely effortlessly and with home remedies.

The biggest problem with the filter of the cooker hood is that it is very dirty with grease and grease is not so easy to dissolve. But with some baking soda and cola, you can actually get it really nice and clean again.

In the first step, you should put your filter in a baking tray or another container where it fits. Then put a few tablespoons of baking soda on top and pour hot water over it. If the filter slides up now, put a glass on it to fix it.

Now wait a good half hour and then pour some cola over it and wait again for about 15 minutes. When the time is up, most of the grease will have dissolved and you can wipe the rest off with a cloth!

So you have your filter of the extractor hood then get clean again in a hurry and that only with some home remedies!
