Four arrested on weapons charges in Oshkosh

Four people were arrested in Oshkosh early Friday morning after a shots fired incident, Oshkosh Police said. Police responded to a report of shots fired on the 1700 block of Glenwood Drive about 2:25 a.m. Police located the suspect's vehicle and conducted a high-risk traffic stop.
