It doesn't have to be perfect to be efficient. You don't need the perfect set-up, the perfect time of day or specifically allocated time for a workout. To get results you simply need to be consistent. Put in the reps, no matter what the circumstances are.

Today's workout was another #streetparking creation, which I modified to fit my needs.
