Notes

Do not wash the liver after cutting, as it will drink water and spoil during cooking
Cover the liver well in flour and its quantity according to the amount of liver
Fry the onion a little, then remove it
Heat the pan over medium heat and place the liver pieces in one layer to brown them well and to prevent water from dripping
Fry all the liver, then season it with salt, pepper, paprika and coriander
Then add garlic, onions and potatoes and sauté over low heat for 10 minutes
