Track Stars description:
Working as a team to push to your maximum effort as we
hustle through 60 minutes of resistance, bodyweight,
functional, agility and plyometric movements.
Here is the Foxtrot layout and timing:
1 Pod
18 Stations
1 Set at each station
2 Laps
Lap 1: 90 seconds of work in a you go I go format
Lap 2: 60 seconds of work in a you go I go format
