Baltimore speed and red light cameras return Monday

Speed and red light camera testing is schedule to begin in Baltimore on Monday. During the 30-day warning period, drivers who exceed the posted speed limit by at least 12 miles per hour will receive warning notices in the mail. After that, they will be subject to a $40 fine.
