Many people seem to downplay the need for motivation becomes "it doesn't last" will what does? Everything in life is temporary, you shower today, and tomorrow you smell again. So should we not shower because the benefits go away? We eat and then we become hungry again..so should we not eat because we are just gonna get hungry again?
Nothing in life is PERMANENT and the need to find a one time FIX to our life problems is what keeps people from staying consistent. There are key habits & mindsets that increase and help you maintain motivation.
