POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS have been studied for a while now, and the conclusion is anyone doing them, they do seem to make a person happier, more outgoing, and not a stranger at social gatherings. here is my 1st presentation. 3 affirmations for each video. FOR BEST RESULTS: if you watch this right before bed, you can take advantage the sleep cycle to energize and make use of sub-conscious backup. And/Or when you first get up, when your mind is fresh and you wake up in a good way. Reading these affirmations first thing after waking up kinda programs you in a way so you can be "Positively Profound" rather than being the other stick in the mud types.
