A cool front is slowly approaching the area and ahead of it, there are plenty of showers and embedded thunderstorms. One of the best things that could've happened to us today were the clouds. The clouds stopped us from getting too warm which inhibited the development of widespread severe weather and flooding. Though this is good to hear, still the soil doesn't have much room for any extra rain, so any rain that falls will have the potential of pooling up. Either way, as the later night hours wear on, slowly this precipitation will move out of the area. Overnight lows will be in the upper-50s. Tomorrow, on the backside of this low pressure, it's going to be quite breezy. We could see an isolated instability shower pop up in the afternoon, but most of the day will just consist of a few fair-weather clouds. Highs will top out in the upper-70s.
