Today I'll show you something you've probably never done with your mouthguard. Because surely you know it also, that it smells sometimes unpleasant in the apartment or various corners generally rather not so good smell, if you have for example a litter box stand.

But there is a home remedy, which can help you perfectly. And that is baking soda. Because sodium bicarbonate neutralizes odors and can thus eliminate the bad smells. But the baking soda has to be stored somewhere. And for that, a mouth guard is actually wonderful.

If you cut off one side of the mouthguard, you can form a pocket out of it and fill the baking soda in here. Then tie it with the ribbon of the cut side and you have a small soda bag that you can hang or place anywhere in your home. This way the baking soda can neutralize the bad odors and you have a use for your mouth guard.

After some time you should change the baking soda, because eventually it loses the effect of absorbing bad odors.

Try this ingenious household trick but necessarily also with you once!
