Spacecraft touch the sun

No spacecraft has actually "touched" the Sun, but NASA's Parker Solar Probe has come remarkably close to it. It's designed to study the outer atmosphere of the Sun, and it's set to get closer to the Sun's surface than any previous spacecraft, enduring intense heat and radiation.
