Chinese Foreign Ministry: US is world’s major warmonger
The United States is the world's largest instigator of conflicts – as stated at a briefing by the Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesman, Wang Wenbin, TASS reports
Wang Wenbin reminded that, in more than 240 years of its existence, the United States has not been at war for only 16 years. Moreover, after the end of WWII, the US initiated about 80 percent of armed conflicts. With this in view, the Chinese official said the country is the largest instigator of conflicts in the world.
Wang Wenbin added that, over that short time, Washington tried to overthrow more than fifty foreign governments, interfered in elections in at least 30 states and tried to eliminate more than 50 foreign leaders.
