South African music icon Jonathan Butler sits down with host Ward Bond and nothing short of magic happens. Your heart will be inspired and filled with more than just music by one of the most beloved recording artist of our time.

Born in South Africa under the oppression of apartheid, it was the birthday gift of a one-string guitar given to him by his father that set Jonathan Butler on his life's path.

Discovering his natural talent at a young age Jonathan began to tour professionally which exposed him to life outside of South Africa. Over the years He became a national icon, and the first non-white artist to be played on segregated South African radio and appear on national television.

His newest album, Ubuntu is full of messages of love, peace and unity. Like the philosophy of Ubuntu he shares on his latest album, and the great men of Tutu, Mandela and Wonder before him, Jonathan Butler has a vision to do even more to attain peace and collaboration among all people to change the world.

The album features 11 songs including “When Love Comes In” featuring blues singer Keb’Mo’, plus the funk love song “No Tomorrow.” A highlight of the album being Stevie Wonder’s classic “Superwoman” with Stevie Wonder himself on harmonica! https://jonathanbutler.com/collections/music
