Is the Delaware Chancery Court the most opaque in the country? Was AMC decision fixed before filing?

It appears that in Delaware Chancery Court the Judges get to pick their cases which means to me that the plain they to pick their judges This could create a conflict of interest that could indicate the AMC fix was in before theAMC lawsuit was even filed
