How Sitting Affects Hamstrings And Lower Back Pain

When we sit for long periods, our lower back muscles are stretched which can cause them to feel tight. At the same time, our hamstrings may also feel tight because they're in a shortened position from sitting.
Our bodies adapt to what we do every day. Unfortunately, many of us aren't active enough or don't partake in regular exercise which leads to weak and tight muscles.
