Resident upset about basketball hoop citation in Cape Coral

A Southwest Cape Coral resident was issued a citation for his basketball hoop being too close to the curb. According to the resident, the basketball hoop in his yard has been in the same spot for more than three years, but city code enforcement says it is not compliant.
