World Youth Festival provides opportunity to ‘foster global cooperation’

National preparation committees for the World Youth Festival have started work in 15 countries. The event will be hosted by Russia, with attendees expected from about 150 countries, to promote friendship among the many nations of the emerging multipolar world.
