White Man Kills 3 Black People In Jacksonville Dollar Store. This video is about 3 Black people killed in racially-motivated shooting at a dollar general store in Jacksonville before being turned away from a HBCU. The suspect, described as a White man in his early 20s, entered a Dollar Store just after 1 p.m. and opened fire, killing three people. All the victims were Black. Ryan Palmeter White man targeted Black people. The suspect Ryan Palmeter then died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, disclosed. No one else was wounded in the shooting. The victims, two Black males and one Black female, were not immediately identified. The suspect Ryan Palmeter was wearing a tactical vest and mask and was armed with a Glock and an AR-15-style rifle.
