CHANGES IN JUDGING/POSING:SIDE TRICEPS MUST BE SIDE POSE

Competitors today are not doing the mandatory poses properly. They're doing hybrids. The side triceps is one of them. Tyler Manning has stepped up and called out the side triceps. It must be a side pose. Competitors will be called out if they don't hit it properly.
