These flasks and more importantly what I focus on is the tops are a real game changer during races. They save so much time and aggravation at aid stations. plus they allow liquids to not be spilled everywhere. I use these and noticed alot of people are switching with how convenient they are. You don't even have to take them out of your vest to get filled.
