Navy SEAL who killed Bin Laden arrested in TX for assault, public intoxication

Robert J. O’Neill, aged 47, renowned for his claim of eliminating Osama Bin Laden as a Navy SEAL in a 2010 operation, has been apprehended in Texas on allegations of assault and intoxication.

On Wednesday, O’Neill was taken into custody in Frisco, where he was in the process of recording a podcast at a cigar lounge.

Although specifics of the altercation have not been divulged, official records indicate that he was admitted to Collin County jail and subsequently released on a $3,500 bond, Daily Mail reported.
