Always tinkering trying to find new ways to make more gains. Experimenting on yourself and paying attention to how your body responds is super underrated. I like the science too, but I've found more impactful changes from just trying different training styles. If you feel like you are stuck in a plateau and not growing, take a look at your training and change SOMETHING. Your body has no reason to respond with more growth if you are doing the exact same workout week after week. AND sometimes, things you wouldn't think to be effective actually work great. The 'optimal' training mindset has upsides, but It will leave you susceptible to plateaus as it doesn't encourage self-experimentation. #musclegain #bodybuilding #physiqueupdate
