Man accused of double murder pleads not guilty

The man accused of murdering his ex-girlfriend and her mother in June 2016 pleaded not guilty by nature of mental illness Tuesday. Jacob Cayer, 27, appeared in Brown County court on charges of First Degree Intentional Homicide for the murders of his ex-girlfriend, Sabrina Teague, and her mother Heesun Teague.
