Greater Idaho: The Solution to Oregon's Progressive Problems

Idaho's vote does not change the border. Approval by both chambers in both states is required. The vote simply opens the door for serious conversation between the two states.

Before this happens, we have a few UnCommon opinions on the subject of Greater Idaho. Am we the only conservatives who sees issues with this? What is Oregon solving by joining Idaho? The issues we are trying to escape are growing in Idaho just as quickly as they have anywhere else. Why not stand for our own ground? The rise of the people is going to happen eventually, why not take the initiative and push back? We have weakened over time and it must be said this is a cowards way out. We are stronger than we know. We have the power to stand up against the machines that control us. We need to remember that we are the ones in charge here. It's time to stop running from our problems and actually solve them for once. Sorry if this is harsh, but sometimes the truth is just that.
