If you have a dishwasher, then you definitely use dishwasher tabs, right? But these are actually very expensive and also not exactly good for the environment. It is therefore cheaper if you simply make your own dishwasher tabs. In this video I show you how easy it is.

All you need are the following ingredients:

50 g baking soda
50 g soda
25 g salt
12 g citric acid
20 g washing-up liquid
a little water

If you want to prepare a larger quantity, you can simply double or triple the amounts.
Mix all the ingredients together until you get a nice mixture. Now you can press it into a mold. I always use ice cube molds for this. Make sure it's not too big so the dishwasher tabs will fit in your dishwasher later.

Now let it set for a few hours. After that, you can use the homemade dishwasher tabs directly. This way you save money and do something for the environment. Try it out therefore also with you absolutely once.
