We all know what real crime is. It's the victimization of an unwilling party. Can it not rightly be said that, if there is no victim there is no crime? Among the oldest professions in the world (right up there with farming, hunting and artistry) is prostitution. No one is forced to pay for any of these services. People voluntarily trade something of value for the service they desire. The person performing the service either accepts or rejects the terms. The trade is entirely predicated on the consent of two willing parties.

Should any one of these services be considered and treated as a crime? If crime is truly the violation of consent; the forcing of someone to do something against their will, then aren't the TRUE CRIMINALS the ones who INTERFERE in a mutually consensual transaction? I wanna hear your thoughts.
