An Interview with Robby Heck

About Robby Heck:
Robby hails from Orange Park, Florida, but his upbringing flourished in a rural North Central Florida community near Gainesville. Raised by devout parents alongside his brothers, they cherished outdoor life, often by the local springs and rivers to escape the stifling summer heat. Robby's passion for music blossomed, especially in worship, where him and his brother performed Christian melodies, inspired by bands like Third Day and Jeremy Camp.

Upon joining the U.S. Coast Guard at twenty, he found himself veering from his Christian roots, turning to alcohol for camaraderie. A marriage at 22 marked a turning point, compelling him to recommit his life to God's purpose. The path wasn't without challenges, including divorce and bouts of doubt, but his unwavering faith persisted.

Amidst struggles and triumphs, including gaining custody of his son and finding love with Laura, The podcast delves into his journey — from idyllic riverside days to the depths of despair and the heights of unwavering faith. Join us as we explore how God's love has shaped his life, in all its complexity and redemption.
