Drill is as follows:
Start timer at 100 yards and drop into prone. Fire one round to body.
Run to 75 yards and kneel. Fire one round to body.
Run to 50 yards and kneel. Fire one round to body.
Run to 25 yards and stand. Fire one round to body.
Run to 7 yards and stand. Fire one round to head.
Run back to 100 yards and start again.
Drill is 10 cycles as described above.
Par is 22:00 minutes and less than 5 or fewer misses. All rounds to body must be inside 8" circle. Head shots must be on head.
Should be run in full gear.
