Denver proposes conditional occupancy program

Denver buildings with code violations could be given more time to comply and people could stay in the buildings under a proposed conditional occupancy program. The city worked with artists who use many of these warehouse spaces like Rhinoceropolis which was evacuated in December due to code violations
