What is the Fatality Rate of Covid-19?

At the beginning of the pandemic the WHO Director-General deliberately conflated the fatality rate of Covid-19. He compared the CASE FATALITY RATE (always a higher number) of C-19 with the INFECTION FATALITY RATE (always a much lower number) of Influenza. This promoted extreme fear across the globe.

Meanwhile scientists such as Professors John Ioannidis and Jay Bhattacharrya at Stanford University were doing the appropriate research which showed Covid to have a very similar fatality rate to influenza. Their evidence was suppressed and anyone quoting them was accused of being a "self appointed expert" and a "Trump supporter" because Trump - who I am no fan of - was also reading the evidence and trying to explain the risk to the public.

This organisation is run by the Poynter Institute, which receives money from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, who are heavily invested in the pharmaceutical industry. They use populations across the globe under the guise of "philanthropy" and "health care" to ensure product sales. They are one of the largest donors to the World Health Organization, where Bill Gates holds the same voting rights as member states. Most recently they brought their snake oil profiteering business model to western nations, partnering with governments to ensure vaccine mandates would increase product uptake.

The claims about a dangerous virus 'far worse than flu' was deliberate obfuscation by private interests posing as public health, in order to promote fear and ensure snake oil sales.

WHO are not a trustworthy organisation anymore. Their leaders are paid by private sponsors to promote products. They no longer work to improve the health of the world's most vulnerable, instead focusing on ensuring return-on-investment for the world's wealthiest. The same people with ownership over WHO also own most legacy media including so-called "fact check" services, and also fund scientific research across the globe. This level of wealth and power is unprecedented and it must be opposed before democracies collapse under the weight of it all.

WHO have deliberately spread false information, and they are now establishing international laws which will firmly place them in control of pandemic prevention, preparedness and response, including various totalitarian strategies to censor anyone who argues with their fearmongering announcements. This is a deliberate attack on science, on debate, on truth and on democracy.

The median infection fatality rate of COVID-19 was estimated to be 0.034% for people aged 0–59 years people and 0.095% for those aged 0–69 years.

∗The median IFR was;
0.0003% at 0–19 years,
0.002% at 20–29 years,
0.011% at 30–39 years,
0.035% at 40–49 years,
0.123% at 50–59 years, and
0.506% at 60–69 years.

At a global level, pre-vaccination IFR may have been as low as 0.03% and 0.07% for 0–59 and 0–69 year old people, respectively.
