Putin 77% Approval Rating BULLS**T or True??

I have been in Russia for the last 5 weeks and have had a lot of discussions with Russian people as well as observed a lot of what is happening in Russia. I compare this to Belarus and Lithuania. Recently there was an opinion poll that concluded that Russian president Vladamir Putin has a 77% approval rating. I try to assess if this is true or not or at least somewhat feasible. Of course this is a very sensitive topic so I wish to give some basic and politically neutral commentary and observation.
