Fusion PURPLE K Kre-Alkalyn Creatine Review

One of the most popular creatine options in Canada, there Fusion PURPLE K Kre-Alkalyn Creatine capsules! Kre-alkalyn creatine is creatine monohydrate with a pH of 12+. My favourite thing about these however, it is the fact that they come in capsule form at not a bad price. This creatine is easy to remember to take as you don't have to mix it into water. I found that there is less bloating and overall waterway being held with his creatine, but I can't confirm if that will happen to everyone who takes this.
Overall, I'm a pretty big fan of purple K, but I usually prefer to try and use plain ol' creatine monohydrate powder.
