Cristiano Ronaldo's big-spending Al Nassr slumped to a second successive defeat in the Roshn Saudi League when they were beaten 2-0 at home by Al-Taawoun on Friday.

It was a frustrating night for Ronaldo and company as a first-half goal from Cameroon striker Leandre Tawamba and a late effort from Ahmed Bahusayn gave the visitors a shock win.

Ronaldo - returning from injury - saw a couple efforts flash past the post and Sadio Mane had a goal disallowed for offside which would have given Al Nassr an equaliser before Bahusayn made it 2-0.
