The Tattoo Journal Volume 2 Advanced Lining Exercises is a great resource anyone can use to practice, develop, even experiment on the go, anytime and anyplace.

If you are just starting out The Tattoo Journal series can help develop some crucial key fundamentals that we can take with us into our tattooing careers. From posture, holding style, hand speed & voltage, comfortability and more!

These are some key elements we use when tattooing so starting with acknowledging the fundamentals allows us to focus in on the fundamentals leading to an overall better tattooing workflow while producing better tattooing results.

The Tattoo Journal Volume 1 was a series of basic lining exercises that ranged from right to left, left to right, up and down, down and up, and some angles.

The Tattoo Journal Volume 2 is tailored more to advanced lining exercises that will push the envelope, step outside of our comfort zones to get from our point A to point B as clean as we can.

These designs range from hearts, circles, lines in all directions, lines with loops, lines with curves, lines with overlapping lines.

The idea is to be able to develop & test our abilities on the go, on the fly, anytime, anyplace! All we need is The Tattoo Journal series, a pen or pencil and the desire to want to be better.

You will also be greeted with short stories, tips, tricks, educational tattoo notes on each page to help keep you inspired and motivated, while learning about different aspects of tattooing as you are developing your lining abilities.

Feel free to use a pencil for warm ups as we can make lighter lines and switch over to a ball point pen when you are ready to commit to your lines.

We can even take The Tattoo Journals lining experience to the next level by using a ballpoint pen cartridge and a tattoo machine so we can get that tattooing feel as we practice.

The Tattoo Journal workbook series allows us to pay the dues, experience our mistakes, see our mistakes first hand so we can get better each and every time we practice without ever having to damage human skin or our reputation. It is a healthier approach to put in the work, learn the fundamentals and practice, practice, practice, and more practice.
