Police say video shows neighbor injecting chemicals into family's home

Authorities in Florida say a man was allegedly injecting what they call a "chemical agent” containing opioids under the door of his neighbor’s home. The victim says the ongoing attack made his baby sick. NBC News’ Marissa Parra reports.
