Because not much video exists of early GD compared to the absolute mountain of video from the 80's and 90's, I am trying to get more in the habit of putting up audio "only" tracks with slideshows so we can cover a lot of this ground that deserves to be covered whether we have a video or not.

- Harsh cut in pt. 2 of Cryptical was eased with quick fade in
