Classic Bronco death wobble troubleshooting, Sector shaft slop and 4x4x2 steering boring for bearing

I put in this 4x4x2 rock crawler steering box a few years ago. This rebuilt box had problems from the get go. I fooled myself into believing it was other components and not this rebuilt box. The sector shaft contact surfaces were worn out and oval instead or round. I decided to see if and aftermarket new box could be used a donor box. The internal specs were different so it was a no go. My only option was to bore out the work out and out in roller bearings. I think the factory design was not meant to be rebuilt. My Death wobble is gone and this us the best my bronco has ever steered.
