50yr old carnivore leg day. #carnivore vs #bloodcancer

Just a quick clip of this morning's 4am leg session in my new gym. I could not film every set, nor every exercise due to other people's privacy. But you get the idea. This is one of 4 different leg routines I like to use on rotation.
I went for a long walk yesterday, plus I will be challenging legs again Wednesday for weighted plyometrics.
I am very happy with my joint health, and range of motion now considering just a few years ago I couldn't walk.
