Fasting is abstaining from food for spiritual reasons.
Fasting is trading the bowl for a blessing. Temporary for eternal. Physical for spiritual. Visible for invisible.

What Fasting does:
1. Increases my spiritual weight not worth.
2. Fasting is the biblical way of humbling yourself.
3. Fasting has a domino effect on your prayer, pursuit, and purity.
4. Fasting restored hunger for God.
5. Fasting defeats the flesh.
6. Fasting which promotes self-denial.
7. Fasting exposes unhealthy relationship with food
8. Fasting has physical benefits.
9. Fasting helps to build a resilient mind.
10. Fasting moves you to God’s perfect will.
