Crispy Potatoes
Ingredients:

4-5 medium-sized potatoes
1 teaspoon each of paprika powder, garlic powder, oregano (you can season as you like)
1 heaped tbsp cornstarch
2-3 tbsp olive oil
Salt
Preparation:
Quarter or eighth the potatoes lengthwise, depending on their size. It's important that all the pieces are about the same thickness so they cook at the same time. Put the potatoes in a bowl. Pour the boiling water over it and let it steep for 20 minutes. Pour the potatoes through a sieve, drain and dry well, Return the potatoes to the bowl and mix with the spices, cornstarch and oil.
Now bake in the Airfyer at 200 degrees for about 20-25
Oven: add an additional 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Bake at 200-210 degrees (top and bottom heat) for about 35-40 minutes
For the sauce I mixed sriracha sauce & mayonnaise.
