Little Miss Manners tells dad "you're welcome" instead of "happy father's day!"

Madelyn and Gunnar were very excited to make cards and breakfast in bed for their daddy on father's day... but, when I asked Maddy what she wanted to say to daddy, she told him "you're welcome" (for breakfast in bed) instead of "Happy Father's Day!"
