You just have a tangerine an orange or a clementine in front of you and want to open it. Then you certainly start to pinch the peel with a fingernail and then remove it piece by piece. But most of the time it's an annoying fiddling job and in the end you have a lot of white fibers on the fruit.

But with this trick it is much easier. First you have to cut the tangerine or orange crosswise. Then take it in your hand and press the peel upwards from the middle. This will loosen the individual pieces and can then be removed really quickly and easily.

The advantage is that you don't have to pick around forever before you remove the peel, and you barely have any white fibers left on the fruit itself.
