Cardboard Bedding | A Better Chicken Coop Bedding Option

Carboard bedding is always a topic of discussion on our homestead website and social media pages this time of year. During the Spring and Summer months, we switch over from straw to cardboard bedding. It is cleaner, healthier, and easier to maintain than straw or wood shavings. Along with the bedding, we use Sweet PDZ to help keep ammonia down if necessary.
