Zucchini carrots soup
Ingredients:
1 large zucchini or 2 small zucchini 1 carrot
1-2 Garlic clove
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons of flour
200ml lukewarm milk or cream
About 800ml hot water
Some dill
1 tsp Vegeta (vegetable broth) Salt
Black pepper Preparation:
First cut the zucchini and carrots into very small cubes. You can grate the vegetables if you like. Heat oil and butter in a saucepan, First sweat the carrots a little. Then add the zucchini and continue frying. Sprinkle flour on top and toast a little more. Then pour hot water over them and cook until the vegetables are tender. Then season with salt, vegeta and the grated garlic. Finally add a glass of lukewarm milk, finely chopped dill and pepper. Then let it simmer briefly and take it off the stove
