It is wise to not trust ANYTHING that seems convenient when it comes to nutrition.

Eat as close to nature as the Creator intended for us. In other words, avoid foods that are pre-packed or in bags. All of the nutrition that you need is readily available in natural foods. Know where your food comes from. Who owns the farm? Who raised the cattle? Whew grew the produce? Who raised the chickens, and are the chickens free range? Are the eggs from free range chickens?
