This is a series of videos where I'll share my workouts to provide inspiration and an inside look at F45

The Nines description:
A resistance hybrid workout with training techniques commonly used in his pro athlete and celebrity training sessions. Train to the 9's by incorporating a unique structure that will have you alternating between primary resistance and secondary resistance exercises

Here is the Foxtrot layout and timing:
1 Pods
9 Stations
1 Set at each station
45 seconds work / 15 seconds rest
45 seconds work / 20 seconds rest
