NEW: Boston police say 7 people were shot, several people arrested and multiple guns recovered in shooting in Dorchester, Massachusetts.
A shooting broke out early Saturday during the Caribbean Festival in Boston, with seven people hospitalized.
According to police, a call for reports of shots fired came in around 7:45 a.m. at Blue Hill Ave. and Talbot Ave.
All victims were taken to the hospital and police say their injuries are non-life threatening.
