Giant potato chips recipe, Why? for fun

Potato chips when fresh are amazingly delicious, this simple procedure make them foolproof.

Ingredients:
✅ 240 grams potato
✅ 1 tsp corn starch
✅ 5 ml oil
✅ 1 gram salt

1 chip was 12.5-14 cm in diameter

10 minutes in 170 c oven

Microwave defrost/ medium low for 3-4 minutes, flip after 2 minutes
