Sundown Showdown - Gunfight Execution of Deserving, Malfunctioning Cell Phone

A little Western justice for a big varmint. The biggest crime was its failing keypad in which the slightest touch of a key would repeat the number 2, 3 ... sometimes 6 times. Got to point where if a number is not in contacts, it took a circus act of 28 numbers, backspacing to delete most if possible. And for the kicker, the POUND key refused to work. So yeah, let's have a game show where contestants in a burning house attempt to dial 911 without direct-dialing the Jarkarta Hilton instead. DISCLAIMERS:
1. All devices contain heavy metals and other things (even the camera lens) that can and should be recycled, saved or tossed in a drawer for End Times. Worth keeping as a backup but have another, this one caused incalculable frustration and Asked For It. Battery removed as worst polluter and useful part. Destroying electronic devices is not condoned ... unless, as noted, they really Ask For It.
1a. This WAS the fate for an even MORE insufferable flat screen with a failing startup solenoid that yeah, WOULD work but again only after 10, 20, sometimes up to an hour of starting up just to blank out again before stabilizing. Got other things to do. Too much heavy metal contamination and want either a higher caliber (vs punching holes in it) or more ... effective methods. Ranchers can buy dynamite for those pesky tree stump removals, right? That still a thing?
2. ALWAYS ADHERE TO FIREARMS TRAINING AND SAFETY! Pistol-spinning looks cool, is well practiced (sped up footage on 2nd twirl? how DARE they! Well, maaaybe!) but doing so, even for us profezzionals, is a good way to shoot your foot or worse. This model of Heritage Arms revolver has a nifty, unusual-for-six-shooters SAFETY.
Remote area. Nothing but a snake or coyote in the vast miles beyond PLUS was an all-important close hill slope to catch any, ahem, stray rounds. Nobody to bother, raise heads or alert. Nearest ranch is 2 miles away.
