An NYPD officer is being investigated after throwing a cooler at drug suspect killing him. The sergeant, Erik Duran, was suspended without pay just hours after the death of 30-year-old Eric Duprey during an alleged drug bust.

Surveillance video shows the moments Duprey drove pass an NYPD officer not in uniform on a scooter. You can see the officer throw the cooler causing Duprey to fly off.
